By using Passbion (the "site") you agree to these terms, effective October 1, 2026. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Educational information, not advice

The calculators and articles are provided for general educational purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice, and they don't take your full circumstances into account. Using the site does not create an adviser, fiduciary or client relationship with us.

Results are estimates

Every result depends on the figures you enter and on the assumptions described on each page, such as how often interest compounds and how payments are rounded. Real loans and accounts can differ: lenders may calculate interest daily, charge fees, change variable rates or apply payments in a different order. Rates and rules mentioned in articles are examples and may be out of date. Always confirm rates, payments, fees and terms with your lender, bank or card issuer before making a decision.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passbion and its operators will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results, including financial losses and indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal and internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or republish our content as your own;
• use the site in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.

Content and trademarks

The text, design, code and graphics on the site belong to Passbion or its licensors. You may download and keep schedules you generate, print pages for personal use, and quote short passages with a link back to the source page. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

Advertising and third-party links

The site displays ads from third parties and links to outside websites. We don't endorse and aren't responsible for advertised products or for the content, policies or practices of other sites. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them. Our privacy policy explains how advertising cookies work.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
